If you want help with your service, there are a few important links below and if none of that helps then you can always just email us (If your email is broken, then please either use a free email service such as hotmail, or phone us).
Please include in any email your username (where applicable), domain name (where applicable), VPS/Server IP (where applicable) and a detailed description about the problem including what you've already tried. If you can include this it'll mean we can look at the problem quicker. If the issue occured after you did something, please let us know what this is so we can try and re-create the problem.
If what you need help with isn't covered above, you can either check our FAQ system or email us on the above email address and we'll do what we can to help you with your problem. We aim to reply within 24 hours of an email, however if you've not heard from us within 72 hours, then please send your email again. We do not ignore emails, once you've sent an email to us you'll get an automated reply informing you of the ID of your email, and any future correspondence with us on this issue must keep this intact in the subject line so that our system knows it's a reply to an existing issue and not a new email. This helps us look at the history of the ticket quicker and helps us keep track of all outstanding problems. If you get a reply from us, if you just hit reply and reply to us then there will be nothing to worry about
