Overview

ADSL is a technology which delivers broadband Internet and telephone calls over the same line to BT. What's more, it allows you to be on ADSL and on the phone at the same time, as such in some cases it is cheaper to have ADSL than a dedicated dialup Internet line.

No BT engineer has to come to your house/office to install ADSL either. Instead all the information needed is on our help pages. While the home packages are not just for home users, the office packages include faster upload, higher priority within BTs network and other advantages as such this is recommended for people who need the Internet, whereas the home packages are suited to those who just use the Internet for casual browsing.

All packages have a �45 + VAT activation fee except where the user is migrating their ADSL connection in which case it's free.

Other information

Off Peak is any time between 10pm and 8am during the week, and from 10pm on Friday to 8am on Monday. However if you choose one of the office products, off-peak starts at 8pm as opposed to 10pm.
